Homer exists to make the Australian property market fairer. That means holding ourselves to a high standard in everything we do.This website (Site) is operated by HomerApp Pty Ltd (ABN 82 691 854 814)(we, our or us). These website terms of use (Terms) apply to your use of, and access to, the Site.

Accuracy and truth

We strive to adhere to the highest standards of accuracy, truth and transparency. When providing opinion we focus on the data and avoid making claims that cannot be substantiated by data we have collected.

Right of reply

If an agent believes their data contains an error, they can contact us or submit a correction immediately. We will investigate promptly and correct any inaccuracies. Agents can claim their profile and provide context where relevant.

Facts, not verdicts

 Our data shows what happened. It does not allege why or guarantee a future outcome. We present pricing records and let users draw their own conclusions with simple labels and colour coding (Green, Amber, Red etc) that are based on statistical categories. We do not produce content designed to embarrass individuals or organisations.

Data integrity

We have robust processes in place to ensure quality data is published. We remove outliers, duplicates and unreliable records. If we are not confident in a data point, we do not show it.

Rule of law

We respect Australia’s rule of law. We meet our legal and regulatory obligations in full.

Business conduct

We strive to observe the highest standards in our business practice, including adhering to all applicable state and federal codes of conduct.

Political independence

We will work with political and industry groups, and individuals, without aligning ourselves to any political organisation.

Ethics and sustainability

We act sustainably and ethically in all activities, in line with the UN Global Compact principles.

Our people
